Maintenance and repairs

Let’s say your dishwasher, or any other furniture breaks down due to wear and tear, we can quickly intervene to get it sorted! Your bedroom and common areas will always be maintained to ensure a high level of comfort.

Insurance and bills included

The bills are included in the rent and covers water, gas, electricity, wifi and housing insurance. Our rooms are also eligible for CAF assistance. The monthly rent and bills are all inclusive, there will be no additional charges for the duration of your stay.

Urban Shared Space is a start-up, specialising in shared apartments.

Urban Shared Space is a start-up, specialising in shared apartments.

Our concept is simple. We manage and renovate apartments (and), turning them into high quality flatshares, which are very easy to join. We are a team of more than 50 people based in Villeurbanne, just beside Lyon, however we have offices in the cities that we offer our rentals too.

What we stand for
We want to make access to housing as easy as possible for students, young professionals and Erasmus students, all while providing them with a high quality service, regardless of the room or the city.
